Measures of Success
The following is data from the 2024-2025 student cohort:
- Scholars overwhelmingly agreed they were effectively able to "Develop leadership capacity through the 7 Habits" and "Demonstrate growth in leadership skills" (Mean: 4.83 and 5.00, respectively).
- Scholars rated the ability to "Build community and network" with an outstanding mean score of 4.83, and "Connect to First Gen resources" (Mean: 4.67).
- Scholars achieved perfect scores (Mean: 5.00) in mastering key leadership habits, including Be Proactive®, Put First Things First®, and Sharpen the Saw®.
